The living room couch only seats 4 people comfortably; however plenty of seating if you consider chairs around the dining table, and stools set up around the breakfast & wine bars. All in all Beach House has been best rental in Galveston for our family. The beds and pillows were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pots, pans, cups and utensils, but no oil/salt/pepper/foil. Not an issue but FYI if you plan to cook. We spent all of our time on the deck, but the house has a wonderful layout that leaves all guests with a feeling of privacy and seclusion.
